February 1st: Auckland Anniversary - no classes (catch-up classes held Saturday 30th Jan from 12:30pm - ask Miss Whitney for more details)

 

February 6th: Waitangi Day - no classes (catch-up classes held Sat 30th Jan at regular times)

 

April 2nd: Good Friday - no classes (catch-up classes will be held Saturday 3rd April)

 

April 3rd: Term 1 ends

 

TERM 2:

 

April 19th: Term 2 starts

 

June 7th: Queens Birthday - no classes

 

June 12th: Catch-up classes for missed Monday classes (Queens Bday): 12:30pm: 3yr olds, 1:00pm: 4yr olds, 1:30pm: Intro Lvl 1 Jazz, 2:15pm: Intro Lvl 2 Jazz, 3:00pm: Grade 1 Ballet

 

July 3rd: Term 2 ends

 

TERM 3:

 

July 19th: Term 3 starts

 

July 25th: AJDA Jazz Mock Exams

 

July 31st: RAD Graded Ballet Mock Exams

 

August 7th: RAD Pre-Primary & Primary Mock Exams

 

Sunday August 15th: Royal Academy of Dance examinations (ballet)

 

Monday August 16th: American Jazz Dance Affiliation examinations (jazz)

 

September 25th: Term 3 ends

 

TERM 4:

 

October 11th: Term 4 starts

 

October 25th: Labour day - no classes (catch-up classes will be held on Saturday 23rd October)

 

December 5th: End of year show held at Westlake Boys College Auditorium

 

December 12th: Birkenhead Christimas Parade
