Welcome to Shore Dance
Shore Dance offers a wide range of ballet and jazz dance classes, taught in a professional, safe and friendly atmosphere.
We offer fun pre-school dance classes to 3 and 4 year olds, based on the Royal Academy of Dance Preschool Curriculum which aims to "capture and nurture young children’s instinctive joy of movement and freedom of expression".
From 5 years of age, students are taught the Royal Academy of Dance Graded Syllabus, an internationally renowned syllabus that includes classical ballet, free movement, and character dance. All of our teachers are fully qualified Royal Academy of Dance Registered teachers.
Shore Dance is also registered with A.J.D.A. (American Jazz Dance Affiliation), a fun and exciting syllabus that is taught in our jazz classes (aged 5+ years).
Our classes are held at the professional and purpose-built Tempo Dance Studios, with mirrored walls, sprung floor and ballet barres, located conveniently on Rawene Road in the heart of Birkenhead.
